HANOVER COUNTY, VA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have represented HCA Health Services of Virginia, Inc. in their recently announced freestanding emergency and imaging center to be located at 9275 Chamberlayne Rd. in Hanover County, Virginia. 
     C-4 Development, LLC recently purchased 2.81 acres for $1.3 million from Crosland Rutland, LLC.  Connie Jordan Nielsen and Nicki Jassy of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the seller in this transaction.
     HCA Health Services of Virginia, Inc. entered into a build-to-suit lease with C-4 Development for the 22,000 square foot medical building which will be located at the intersection of Route 301 and Atlee Road in Rutland Commons with completion expected in the first quarter of 2014.
