Leasing Momentum Continues at The Turning Basin in Downtown Richmond

RICHMOND, VA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have assisted in the leasing of approximately 18,744 square feet in the Turning Basin Building in downtown Richmond, Virginia.  Two tenants have leased the entire third floor of the 92,000 square foot building which is located in the Shockoe Slip area, near the Canal Walk. 
     Intelliject, a pharmaceutical company developing a new generation of lifesaving personal medical products, will occupy 10,328 square feet.   
     Serco Inc. is a leading provider of professional, technology, and management services focused on the federal government and has leased 8,416 square feet.
