GREENVILLE, SC:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of 1709 Old Georgia Hwy, a 75,000 square foot industrial building located in Gaffney, South Carolina.
     Benchmark Investments, Inc. recently purchased the facility as an investment and will lease to ADS Logistics, who will utilize the facility for additional storage and production space.
