CHESAPEAKE, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 312 Battlefield Blvd. North in Chesapeake, Virginia. 
     Chesapeake Humane Society purchased the approx. 3,000 sq.ft. building on +/-1.5 acres property from Dorothy S. Ripley, Trustee for $500,000.  They plan to add an addition to the property in order to expand their services of adoption, low cost spay/neuter and low cost vaccines.
