ROANOKE, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of Shops at Pheasant Ridge located at 4335 Pheasant Ridge Road in Roanoke, Virginia.  Summers Properties, LLC purchased the approx. 13,740 sq.ft. retail center from Quatros Amigos Partnership for $1,435,000 as an investment.  Goodwill will lease a portion of the building.
