SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of 1005 Mahone Street in Spotsylvania County, Virginia.
     Mahone Street, LLC purchased the approx. 4,000 sq.ft. office property from Alfred E. Sharp, III for $400,000.  They plan to relocate the engineering firm, Fairbanks & Franklin, to this location after renovations are complete.
