ROANOKE, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of 1715 Granby Street in Roanoke, Virginia.  MCLIP Properties LLC purchased the approx. 30,100 sq.ft. building situated on 2.2 acres within Statesman Industrial Park for $700,000 as an investment. TCP Properties LLC was the seller. The warehouse is currently divided into five units each with office.
