RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce a robust month of sale and lease transactions in November of over 3,300,000 square feet.  The firm’s ten Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina offices completed 164 lease transactions totaling 1,364,315 square feet with a transactional value of over $65 million during the month of November.  Industrial building transactions of 817,574 square feet accounted for the largest amount of space leased.  Office and retail leases totaled 369,353 and 177,388 square feet respectively.
     In addition, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reported 17 sale transactions in the month of November totaling over 1,945,000 square feet and over $86 million in sales volume.  Overall, year-to-date volume exceeds $1.37 billion; surpassing 2012 total volume of $1.15 billion.
