RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of a retail outparcel located at Oxbridge Square Shopping Center situated at 9961 Hull Street Road in Chesterfield County, Virginia.
     Lujan Properties, LLC purchased the approx. 0.7 acre outparcel from PMAT Oxbridge, LLC for $1,000,000.  The purchaser is the current operator of the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Restaurant and will continue to operate the restaurant in this location.
