COLONIAL HEIGHTS:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have completed the leasing of approximately 14,300 square feet in the Southpark Shopping Center located at Temple Ave. and Southpark Blvd. in Colonial Heights, Virginia which is undergoing a redevelopment.  This 200,000 square foot center is now fully leased, however, pad sites are still available.  The redevelopment includes a new access point along Temple Avenue and a new monument sign. 
     The overall center’s tenancy now includes anchors Ashley Furniture, Gold’s Gym, Toys R Us, Books A Million and Factory Card Outlet. Massage Envy, SportClips, Jimmy John’s Subs, Q Nails & Spa and Chipotle Mexican Grill are all new tenants in this latest phase.
     Connie Jordan Nielsen and Nicki Jassy of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease up of the property on behalf of the landlord and Connie Jordan Nielsen handled the lease negotiations on behalf of Chipotle Mexican Grill.  They are also exclusive leasing representatives for the remaining pad site along Temple Avenue.
