PETERSBURG, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 0.97 acres of land situated within Commonwealth Medical Park at 20 Medical Park Blvd. in Petersburg, Virginia.
     Hill-Gray Seven, LLC purchased the land from Commonwealth Medical Park I, LLC for $400,000 and has plans to build a medical office on the site.
