CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of approximately 30 acres of land situated along Ironbridge Road at Chalkley Road, known as the Pointe at Magnolia Lakes neighborhood, in Chesterfield County, Virginia.
     Cornerstone Homes, LLC, of Richmond, Virginia purchased the land from Atlas VA I SPE, LLC for $1,000,000 and will recommence construction building new, no-maintenance, energy-efficient  homes on the remaining lots, designed for active lifestyle living.
