RALEIGH, NC:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of a freestanding retail building located at 6022 Duraleigh Road in Raleigh, North Carolina.
     Adventure Capitalists, Inc. dba Triangle Rock Club, North Carolina’s premier indoor rock climbing and fitness center, purchased the approx. 24,108 sq.ft. retail building for $2,200,000. This will be Triangle Rock Club’s second location in the Triangle area.
