RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 2.4 acres located at Ramsey Street and Stacy Weaver Road in Fayetteville, North Carolina for the development of an Aldi grocery store.
    Aldi, Inc. purchased the land from Best Locations LLC for $1,550,000 and plans to develop a 16,500 square foot Aldi grocery store, the second in the Fayetteville market.  Store completion is scheduled for 1st Quarter 2015.
