CHRISTIANSBURG, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 1.08 acres of land situated along 250 Peppers Ferry Rd. in Christiansburg, Virginia.
   CFT Developments, LLC purchased the land from Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated for $1,025,000 to redevelop the parcel for a Panda Express Restaurant.
   Connie Jordan Nielsen of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Richmond office handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.  John K. Nielsen, also with Thalhimer in their Roanoke office, represented the seller.
