CARY, NORTH CAROLINA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of approximately 84.47 acres of residential land at Highway 55 and Petty Farm Road, known as Triangle Brick, in Cary (Wake County), North Carolina.
   Meritage Homes of Carolinas purchased the acreage from Triangle Brick Co. for $16,260,475 and plans to develop over 400 residential homes and townhomes.
