FOREST, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of the Omni Electric Building, located at 2940 Perrowville Road in Forest (Bedford County), Virginia.
   BC & FE Investments, LLC purchased the 30,000 square foot office/warehouse building, situated on 10 acres, from Alpha Management for $1,125,000 and plan to utilize the building as an office, testing and manufacturing facility.
