Assignment Awarded for Proposed Class A Office/Parking Development in Charlottesville

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by Insite Properties to provide exclusive leasing services for the proposed new Class A office and parking deck development at 323 Second Street, SE in Charlottesville, VA.  As the exclusive leasing representative for 323 Second Street, Cushman Wakefield | Thalhimer will lead the effort to lease the proposed 120,000 square foot class A office building, which is located just two blocks from the “Downtown Mall” in Downtown Charlottesville. The location is positioned within the city’s Strategic Investment Area (SIA) targeted by city planners as the future focus for new office, retail, and residential development that will extend the Downtown Mall in Historic Charlottesville.
