CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the Monticello Dairy complex, located on Preston Avenue in Charlottesville, Virginia. The property is comprised of approximately five acres which includes the historic 1937 Monticello Dairy building.  Dairy Holdings, LLC purchased the property from H&W Dairy, LLC. Stony Point Design/Build, LLC will act as the owner’s agent and master developer of the property. Studies are ongoing for repositioning of the existing historic structure as well as potential additional future uses.
