GREER, SOUTH CAROLINA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces Caliber North, a 171,600 square foot industrial building located on Green Rd in Greer, South Carolina, is fully leased.
Construction of the speculative building, developed by Liberty Property Trust, was recently completed. Rudolph Logistics, an automotive company just entering the South Carolina market, will occupy the entire building. The proximity to BMW and the Inland port were driving factors that led them to Caliber North.
