SALEM, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 3993 Daugherty Road in Salem, Virginia.

Sampson Bladen Oil Company, Inc. purchased the 27,000 square foot industrial property situated on 5.0 acres from SVI Properties for $1,050,000. Sampson Bladen will operate its southwest Virginia business unit from the facility.
