RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented Hackney Real Estate Partners in the sale of a freestanding, NNN leased Dunkin’ Donuts located at 8461 Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The 1,950 square foot retail building serves as an outparcel to Big Lots and Goodwill anchored shopping center, Midlothian Crossing.  The asset was purchased by Golden Tree, LLC on December 14 for $1,250,000.
