RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of two retail pad sites in Central Virginia.
O’Reilly Auto Parts purchased the 1.1 acre site at James Madison Highway and Spring Creek Parkway in Zion Crossroads from Union Bank & Trust for $700,000. O’Reilly Auto Parts also purchased the 1.06 acre site at Seminole Trail and Matthew Mill Road in Ruckersville from Union Bank & Trust for $505,000.
