RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces that Bo McKown has joined their Capital Markets Group as a Financial Analyst in their Richmond office. Bo comes from JLL’s Capital Markets Group in Washington DC, where he served two years as an analyst for the Institutional Investment Sales and Structured Finance/Joint Venture Equity teams. In this role, Bo conducted detailed financial analysis on over $1 billion of real estate to support acquisition, disposition, as well as debt and equity transactions for office, retail, mixed-use and industrial properties.
Bo received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Business Administration from Washington and Lee University where he was a two-year starter on the football team and recently passed the CFA Level I exam.
