WILLIAMSBURG, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group represented the owner in the sale of Patriot Plaza Shopping Center located at 3032-3044 Richmond Road in Williamsburg, Virginia. The neighborhood retail center, 91.5% leased, consists of 75,217 square feet on approximately 6.6 acres. Positioned within the City’s core retail/entertainment/dining and lodging corridor, the center is anchored by Lenox, CiCi’s Pizza, Bounce House, Lazy Daisy Gift Store, and Sushi King.
Patriot Plaza Development, LLC acquired the asset on July 18, 2018 for $5.5 million. The sale was completed by Joe Kennedy of Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, and Drew Haynie of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Newport News office.
