Richmond Brokerage Team continues to grow with recent new talent | strengthening #1 position in the market

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Recent additions of talent to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Richmond office continues to strengthen leadership in the market. Annie O’Connor joins the Retail Services Group as a senior associate specializing in retail sales and leasing; Baker Lynn joins the Office Services Group as an associate specializing in office leasing and sales; Veronica Adams joins Brokerage Services Group as a client coordinator.
Annie was previously an associate with Colliers International, where she specialized in retail sales and leasing with a focus on restaurants. Annie is a member of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Annie is a graduate of The University of South Carolina with a Bachelor degree in Retail Management.
Baker was previously a leasing manager for Allegiancy, LLC where he oversaw leasing efforts for a portfolio consisting of over four million square feet in 43 properties located in six states. Baker is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business.
Veronica was previously with Newmark Knight Frank in McLean, Virginia where she worked as a Transaction Services Coordinator. Veronica received her BA in English and Creative Writing from James Madison University.
