RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of Dominion Shoppes at 4101 Dominion Blvd. in Glen Allen, Virginia.

Dominion Shoppes, LLC purchased the retail center from Dominion GA, LLC for $8,500,000 as an investment.  The 13,550 square foot shopping center, situated on 2.46 acres, was 100% leased at the time of sale and is currently occupied by tenants: Starbucks, Whitley’s Peanut Factory, Blaze Pizza and Noodles & Company.
