RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of 1901 Dabney Road, the Alpha Stone Solutions building, in the Dabney industrial area of Richmond, Virginia. 
Poor Boy Investments, LLC, trading as Gusti’s Restaurant Equipment, recently purchased the 20,400 square foot industrial property, situated on 1.7 acres, from Paras Investments, LLC for $2.5M. Gusti’s had been actively searching the Dabney area for a warehouse purchase opportunity. Their plans are to move from their leased West Broad Street location and will leaseback the Dabney Road space to existing tenant Alpha Stone Solutions until Gusti’s move later this year.
