RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce Renee Pulliam, CPM, CAPS, CAM, HCCP has joined their Residential Property Services as Director of Operations. Ms. Pulliam will focus on continuing operational improvements of residential property management within Thalhimer, and will assist in developing property operating plans as their residential portfolio continues to grow.  
Ms. Pulliam has over twenty years of multi-family experience, including multi-property positions with Matrix Residential, Waverton Associates and S. L. Nusbaum.  During that time, she developed competencies in new property lease-ups, financial performance and leadership in technology initiatives. She has been instrumental in implementing strategic projects such as innovative property marketing, resident renewal programs and revenue management software, as well as being proficient in LIHTC financing and management.
