RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces that Sandy G. Etherington, III has joined the Richmond Commercial Property Services group as portfolio manager. Mr. Etherington will be responsible for the management of a mixed portfolio of association, office, retail and industrial property types. He is a University of Richmond graduate and has more than 17 years of experience working in the property management and sales fields. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Mr Etherington worked as a Community Manager for Associa Community Group where he managed a portfolio of key client relationships with large and medium-sized housing communities and homeowner’s associations (HOAs) in the Central Virginia region.
