NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Kenneth D. Penrose, Jr has been elected by fellow commissioners to serve as Vice Chairman for the Newport News Redevelopment and Housing Authority for the 2020-year term. Mr. Penrose is currently serving in year three of a four-year term.
