COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Drew Kirkpatrick has joined the Columbia office as an associate in their Commercial Brokerage Group. Mr. Kirkpatrick spent almost a decade in the banking industry in Columbia prior to beginning his commercial real estate career in 2019. He joins the Cushman & Wakefield |Thalhimer team after spending a year and a half as an associate broker at Wilson Kibler Inc. where he focused on office and retail sales and leasing, and tenant representation of office and retail clients. Mr. Kirkpatrick is a 2010 graduate of the University of South Carolina.
