RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Annette Arrington has been promoted to Manager, Commercial Accounting. Annette joined Thalhimer in 2009 as a Lease Portfolio Analyst and has been responsible for all aspects of lease administration for the brokerage and property management teams in the Virginia Beach market along with sale revenue processing for the Richmond brokerage team.  Annette has twenty years of experience in the world of commercial lease administration. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Annette worked in the real estate departments at JLL, Circuit City Stores and SunTrust. Annette’s level of experience, knowledge of our operations, and the energy and enthusiasm that she brings to her work are an ideal combination to bring to her new role.
