The Association Management Services encompasses 1,046,191 total square feet of industrial space in five separate buildings within the park. Additionally, Thalhimer also handles commercial management of two of the industrial buildings which total 508,191 square feet. The park is home to not only Amazon, but also Owens & Minor, Creative Office, Service Partners, Appalachian Insulation and Mygrant Glass.
