RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Alex Zaccaria has joined their Capital Markets Group as a financial analyst. Mr. Zaccaria recently transitioned out of active duty military service, where he served as a Navy pilot. His real estate experience includes detailed financial analysis supporting the acquisition of multiple multifamily properties financed through both traditional and agency backed loans. Mr. Zaccaria received his Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy and has a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
