RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces that Danny Holly has joined their Commercial Brokerage Group as a senior vice president for Global Occupier Services in their Richmond office. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Mr. Holly was a senior vice president with JLL where he led industrial brokerage managing both tenant and landlord/owner representation. Mr. Holly specializes in strategic consulting, improving the utilization of real estate to support strategic initiatives through market intelligence, logistics optimization, market forecast, planned growth and resource optimization. Mr. Holly is a graduate of the University of Richmond, E. Claiborne Robins School of Business, with a Bachelor of Science degree.
