SUFFOLK, VIRGINIA: Green Clean Auto Wash and Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer are pleased to announce the sale of a former bank branch located at 2825 Godwin Boulevard in Suffolk, Virginia. 

Green Clean Holdings purchased the 3,128 square foot former bank branch, situated on 0.94 acres, from Atlantic Union Bank for $1,050,000 and plans to redevelop the site as a new location for Green Clean Express Auto Wash. Green Clean was recently acquired by Express Wash Concepts and plans to open 20+ locations throughout Virginia – including Hampton Roads, Richmond, and Charlottesville – by the second quarter of 2022.
