CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Richard F. Jones, ACoM, CMCA, CPM-Candidate has joined their Commercial Property Services group as a senior portfolio manager in the Charlottesville office. 
Mr. Jones is a James Madison University graduate and has 14 years of experience in both commercial and residential property management. He will be handling a mixed portfolio of office, retail, and industrial property types. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Mr. Jones was with Management Services Corporation of Charlottesville as a senior commercial property manager, where he managed a commercial real estate portfolio consisting of healthcare, retail, industrial, and office space.
