RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented South Crater Square Associates, LLC in the sale of two neighborhood retail centers along South Crater Road in Petersburg, VA.  South Crater Square is an 82.7% leased Rose’s anchored center, shadowed by Walmart Supercenter and Pinehill Plaza, located directly across the street, is a 29.1% leased, value-add center located just inside of a designated Opportunity Zone. The combined assets total 192,510 square feet and are situated on a total of ±24.9 acres. 

America’s Realty LLC out of Maryland acquired the asset on October 15, 2021. The transaction was completed by Catharine Spangler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group with assistance from Alicia Brown who handles leasing at the properties.
