CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA: On December 16, 2021, Thalhimer was well represented at the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA) Blue Ridge Prestige Awards in Charlottesville.  Ivy Garden received the Student Community of the Year Award, which was accepted by Marian Frey on behalf of the team.  In addition to this award, several Thalhimer associates were nominated for individual awards as follows:
