CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately six acres of land located at 12101 and 12117 Hull Street Road, at the intersection of Hull Street and Bridgewood Rd, in Chesterfield County, Virginia. 

Mitchener Properties, LLC purchased the acreage from Goochland/West Creek Ltd Partnership for $5,000,000 for future retail development.
