CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of approximately 1.15 acres located at 1150 5th Street in Charlottesville, Virginia. 

Riverbend Development purchased the acreage from Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. for $3,500,000 for a retail development.
