LYNCHBURG, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, in conjunction with Cushman & Wakefield’s Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Advisory Group, represented the seller, Deal Properties, in the marketing and sale of Bramblewood Apartments, a 71-unit apartment community, together with Craigmont Manor, a 24-unit community, both located in the City in Lynchburg, Virginia.

BWCM Apartments, LLC, who intends to pursue a value-add strategy to upgrade the properties, purchased both assets from Deal Properties on December 17, 2021 for $7,000,000. The sale was completed by Clay Taylor, CCIM of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group out of Roanoke, Virginia in conjunction with Cushman & Wakefield’s Mid-Atlantic Advisory team of Jorge Rosa and Anthony “TJ” Liberto.
