RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Residential Property Services team partnered with the City of Petersburg to open a police sub-station inside Market Street Lofts. The apartment community is located at 201 Hinton Street in Petersburg, Virginia.

The sub-station will be used as a base for officers patrolling the downtown area. This marks the first formal on-site police station for any Thalhimer multifamily community. The station officially opened on Friday, August 19th, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
