Built in 1971, Countryside Estates is comprised of 54 two-bedroom, one-bath apartments, and 54 three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath apartments near William Fleming High School with convenient access to I-581, Valley View Mall, and a variety of other nearby retail and lifestyle amenities. 

DSP Real Estate Capital, LLC acquired Countryside Estates on November 10, 2022 from 2316 Highland Farm, LLC for $10,630,000. Clay Taylor, CCIM of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group worked in conjunction with Stephen Karbelk of CENTURY 21 Commercial New Millennium to represent the purchaser in the transaction. DSP Real Estate’s purchase of Countryside Estates marks its sixth overall acquisition and fourth in Roanoke since 2020.
