Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer partnered with Feed More’s Meals on Wheels for the fourth quarter of 2022 through their Thalhimer Gives program, a company-wide initiative focused on community involvement and charitable giving. Through Thalhimer Gives, associates actively engage in the community by donating financially, providing much-needed supplies, and giving generously of their time to local non-profit organizations.

• Donating financially
o Thalhimer associates raised $6,248 for Feed More’s Meals on Wheels through Friday Jeans donations. Friday Jeans allows Thalhimer associates to wear jeans every Friday and make a monetary donation to the Thalhimer Gives partner organization, along with a company match.

• Giving generously of their time
o Thalhimer partnered with Feed More’s Meals on Wheels for volunteer opportunities and provided
associates with paid time off to give back.
– Thalhimer associates volunteered on two dates for Meals on Wheels Kitchen Help & Children’s
Program helping to weigh and prepare packages scheduled for deliveries, as well as package
backpacks full of goodies for the Children’s Program.
– On two different occasions, our Thalhimer associates participated in packing and loading prepared
food trays and items for those in need. The logistics included packing the coolers with meals, in the
order of deliveries, and loading the volunteer vehicles for deliveries in and around Richmond as well as an afternoon of deliveries.

• Providing much-needed supplies
o The Richmond office hosted a food drive for Feed More’s Meals on Wheels the week of November
28th through December 2nd. Three teams competed and collectively, we donated an astounding
10,819 items! Our donated items will be incorporated into countless meals prepared and delivered to
individuals at their homes or included in packages designed specifically for kids for distribution at
schools.

“Our associates had an inhouse company contest to see who could donate the most food items during our week-long food drive. At the end of the food drive, we donated over 10,000 items/4,411 pounds. It was literally a mountain of food in our lobby. Then we visited the Feed More warehouse and realized our donation was but a drop in the bucket. So much is required to help those in our communities who are in need of basic food items. On a more personal level, our associates got to pack and deliver individual meals. It was an eye-opening experience to see firsthand how Meals on Wheels provides meals to those truly in need.
