DALEVILLE, VIRGINIA, October 18, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce the sale of Daleville College Apartments located at 151 College Drive, in Daleville, Virginia.

With some buildings dating back to the turn of the twentieth century, the campus that houses the Daleville College Apartment community is ripe with history. As its namesake would suggest, the first buildings on site were originally constructed for use as a school, which was later affiliated with Bridgewater College before it closed in 1933. The 20 apartment units that now comprise Daleville College Apartments were extensively renovated prior to the sale, and the buyer plans to continue a value-add strategy to make further improvements.

DCA Partners, LLC acquired Daleville College Apartments on October 17, 2023 from Daleville College Partners, LLC for $2,075,000. Clay Taylor, CCIM of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group represented DCA Partners, LLC in the purchase of the property.
