Schnurman has earned the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). The CPM designation is awarded to managers who have met IREM®’s rigid requirements in education, experience, and commitment to a code of ethics.

Ms. Schnurman joined Thalhimer in 2014 and leads the Commercial Property Services’ Richmond Retail Team and manages a portfolio of retail properties.
