WILLIAMSBURG, VIRGINIA, March 5, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has completed the sale of 313-315 Ewell Road in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Thalhimer’s Capital Markets represented the purchaser, Ewell Road Investment Associates, in the acquisition of 20,000 square feet of industrial space, situated on 2.0 acres, from Ideal Property Investments, LLC for $1,350,000 for a long-term investment. The purchase price represents a 9% cap rate on in-place income.
