RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, March 6, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 4.68 acres at 301 S. Airport Drive in eastern Henrico County near Richmond International Airport.

ARLS Properties LLC purchased the acreage from Marchetti Properties for $1,500,000 with plans for a retail development.
